Sparkling wine Boemme classic
Followed by the classic procedure, this semi-sparkling wine is full of taste and pleasant spice aromas. It ferments on yeast for at least 11 months, and consists of the varieties of Welsch Riesling and Chardonnay. It is best suited when you want a glass of gentle bubbles and slightly fuller freshness.
Keep it at a temperature between 10 and 12 degrees.
