Prenovljena Hiša vin Emino odprla vrata1,8 milijona evrov vredna naložba v prostorsko razširitev in tehnološko posodobitev kleti daje novo priložnost za razvoj kakovostnih in vrhunskih vin ter širi vinsko-turistično ponudbo v Obsotelju in na Kozjanskem.
Imeno, 16. julij – Prenovljena Hiša vin Emino je danes uradno odprla svoja vrata. 1,8 milijona evrov vredna naložba, ki so jo v Kmetijski zadrugi Šmarje v zadnjih dveh letih izvedli s pomočjo državnih sredstev, lastnih rezerv in kreditov, bo omogočila nadgradnjo pridelave in predstavitve njihovih kakovostnih in vrhunskih vin ter penin. Novi so prostori za zorjenje vin, tudi v barique sodih, polnjenje in skladiščenje ter degustacijsko-prodajni prostori, ki bodo z vinsko-kulinaričnimi dogodki zagotovo še popestrili turistično ponudbo regije. Prenovljeno Hišo vin Emino sta danes odprla ministrica za kmetijstvo, gozdarstvo in prehrano dr. Aleksandra Pivec in minister za gospodarski razvoj in tehnologijo Zdravko Počivalšek.
Hiša vin Emino je eden od stebrov poslovanja in prepoznavnosti Kmetijske zadruge ŠmarjeV Kmetijski zadrugi Šmarje so zaključili s svojo največjo naložbo v zadnjih desetletjih. Prostorska razširitev in tehnološka prenova Hiše vin Emino, ki je potekala dve leti, je vredna 1,8 milijona evrov, pri čemer so 325.000 evrov sredstev pridobili na razpisu Agencije za kmetijske trge in razvoj podeželja, ostalo pa so financirali z lastnimi sredstvi in bančnimi posojili. Prenovljena Hiša vin Emino ima danes 1720 m2 površin, pred prenovo jih je bilo 630 m2, in omogoča nadaljnji razvoj vedno bolj perspektivne vinske divizije zadruge: »Pridobili smo prepotrebne prostore za zorjenje, hlajenje, stekleničenje, skladiščenje in predstavitev vin ter penin. Ob tem smo kupili sodobno, novo tehnično opremo, ki omogoča bistveno boljšo produktivnost in stroškovno učinkovitost proizvodnje, zahtevnejše oblike donegovanja vin in razvoj novih, vrhunskih vinskih okusov,« razlaga direktor Kmetijske zadruge Šmarje mag. Marko Jurak. V sklop projekta so razširili degustacijsko-prodajne prostore, ki omogočajo še izvirnejša in drugačna vinsko-kulinarična doživetja: »Obiskovalci so navdušeni. Novi prostori nam namreč v prvi vrsti omogočajo, da damo poudarek vinom visoke kakovosti, tudi z novimi barique sodi, ki vedno znova pritegnejo pozornost. Želimo se umestiti na zemljevid kleti, ki sprejemajo dnevne individualne goste, ki jih zanima lokalna kulinarika in vinski turizem,« načrte razkriva vodja trženja v Hiši vin Emino Matija Jagrič. V Hiši vin Emino so sicer v zadnjih letih že postali prepoznavni po vinsko-kulinaričnih dogodkih, ki postajajo vedno bolj prepoznaven produkt turistične ponudbe v Obsotelju in na Kozjanskem. Hiša vin Emino je eden od stebrov poslovanja in prepoznavnosti Kmetijske zadruge Šmarje, z novo naložbo, ki odpira tudi nove trženjske priložnosti, bo svojo vlogo lahko še okrepila: »Z naložbo želimo zagotoviti dolgoročni obstoj kleti in s tem ohranjanje ekonomske stabilnosti zadružnikov – vinogradnikov, ki jih je prek 40 in ki so lani v našo klet dobavili več kot 300 ton grozdja. Želimo si ga odkupiti še več, pridelati še več vina in tako skrbeti za ohranjanje vinogradniške krajine v naši okolici, ki je naša dediščina, ponos in pogost motiv turističnih oglasov,« razlaga mag. Marko Jurak, ki še dodaja, da ima nova klet kapaciteto predelave do 500 ton grozdja. V Hiši vin Emino, ki je bila ustanovljena in zgrajena leta 1988, bodo letos na trg poslali 250.000 litrov kakovostnih in vrhunskih vin ter penin. »Prav za otvoritev smo pripravili novo, ekskluzivno penino Viljem, ki je po skoraj štirih letih zorenja pripravljena na pot v kozarce in predstavlja vrh naše ponudbe,« razlaga Matija Jagrič, ki sicer napoveduje, da se bodo z vini letnika 2019 tudi letos podali na domača in mednarodna ocenjevanja. Tam sicer vsako leto osvajajo mnoga priznanja, ki dokazujejo vrhunskost vin iz Šmarko-virštanjskega vinorodnega podokoliša. |
